Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or our online portal within 30 days of delivery to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare for Pickup

  Ensure the furniture is in its original condition and securely packaged; for large items, we will schedule a professional freight team to collect the piece from your home.

  Inspection and Processing

  Once the item arrives back at our warehouse, our quality control team will inspect it to verify its condition and approve the return.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees, within 5-7 business days.
